After a reportedly nasty battle in family court, Ludacris gained primary physical custody of his baby daughter.
TMZ reports that though the judge granted both Ludacris and his ex, Tamika Fuller, joint legal and physical custody of 1-year-old Cai, Luda was awarded primary legal custody.
The decision comes after Fuller, seeking full custody, claimed the rapper gave her $10, 000 in an effort to bribe her to abort the baby. However, after reviewing testimony, the judge ultimately ignored her claims.
“I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter,” the rapper told TMZ, later posting a caption-less photo to his Instagram of Jesus stepping on the devil, asking “You Mad, Bro?”
We can only guess that his pic is alluding to his victory.
