Last night, before 250 invited guests at California’s Disneyland theme park, Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary.
Carey and two-year-old daughter Monroe, wearing white gowns, were picked up in a horse-drawn Crystal Carriage outside the park’s Dream Suite, reports Entertainment Tonight. Moments later, the ladies arrived at the Sleeping Beauty Castle where Cannon and son Moroccan awaited.
The lavish vow renewal was decorated with some 15,000 flowers from South Africa, Holland and France along with 10,000 crystals.
After the ceremony, guests were invited to ride the Mattehorn Bobsleds, the King Arthur Carousel in addition to viewing the Peter Pan and Snow White attractions. Guests also enjoyed a reception deejayed by Cannon himself at Fantasyland.
The park was closed to the general public during the ceremony.
The day also happened to be twins Monroe and Moroccan’s second birthday. Earlier in the day, Carey and Cannon celebrated their kids’ birthday with a bash with both Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
Last year, the couple renewed their vows atop the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
