Female hip hop pioneer MC Lyte announced her foundation, Hip-Hop Sisters, will host its first annual retreat.

The W.E.A.L.T.H. Experience, the Source reports, will be a three-day retreat for business women to connect and reflect through a series of workshops and seminars.
Hip Hop Sisters Foundation President and CEO Lynn Richardson said W.E.A.L.T.H stands for “Womanhood, Expansion, Assets, Leadership, Transformation, and Health” and the experience will take place the weekend of January 2-5 in the new year.
MC Lyte shared on Instagram that the convention will be something to help attendees align 2016 with a fresh start.
“The Wealth Experience in South Beach Florida will be something you do not want to miss,” she wrote.
Hip Hop Sisters was founded by the rapper to “redefine the essence of generations of women through unity and empowerment.”
Speakers for the event include Kelly Price, Ledisi, Erica Campbell, Cheryl “Salt” James, Faith Evans and Nicci Gilbert, among others.
