Tennessee Sheriff Blames Beyoncé for Drive-by Shooting
The first stop on Bey’s Formation World Tour is Miami, but it looks like a few police officers there aren’t interested in doing their jobs. The Miami Fraternal Order of Police is planning to boycott the show along with Javier Ortiz, president of lodge #20. The group is urging others to do the same. The good news is that it doesn’t look like these protestors are getting a lot of support. A spokesperson for the Miami Police Department stated:
“Right now the union president has his First Amendment right to say whatever he wants to say, but that doesn’t always translate to reality. As far as we see, there’s no indication that anything that is said there will translate into police officers not working the job.”

Rumors had swirled earlier that Tampa police would follow suit, but that doesn’t seem to be the case, according to Twitter.
So No One Showed Up to That Anti-Beyonce Protest Outside of the NFL Headquarters
Beyoncé’s Miami date is sold out, and it’s pretty hard to believe that police won’t show up to work the event. Surely there are Bey fans among the boys in blue and, anyway, remember how the last boycott turned out?
