Tiarra Monet. “I aspire to inspire,” says the woman who boasts nearly half a million followers on Instagram, “so as I’m expanding my brand, I put 100% into everything I do.” So how does a busy influencer and businesswoman find time for all of this? She finds a smooth ride that holds up during busy days and demands you take notice in the 2019 Cadillac XT4.

Tiarra tells ESSENCE that the key to living her best life is to make sure that her busy, yet balanced life starts and ends with something she enjoys! For the booked boss lady, this means prioritizing her primp and her peace every morning! She starts by making sure she is looking and feeling her best before she walks out the door. “I always have to have at least a little lip gloss and a contour,” she tells ESSENCE, “makeup is my thing, and I want to feel like my best self when I go and face the NY streets…”
A World Away
Inside the XT4, Monet finds moments of escape outside of the hustle and bustle of The Big Apple to start the day. Key features like the XT4’s active noise cancelation – which helps provides a peaceful cabin experience, air ionizer, and the available massage seats*-that offer three levels of intensity, are relaxing attributes which give Monet the quiet time and focus she needs to hone in on her daily to-do’s. “The cabin is so quiet and comfortable, I’m completely relaxed and ready to conquer my day.”
Monet came through to the ESSENCE office and left a few “Best Life” gems behind! Telling our staff that “although her life is sometimes jam packed” she makes room for the things and people she loves! The ESSENCE team met momma Monet at the crowned salon where Tiarra employs her close family and friends. “Keeping the people I care about around me really makes difference in my day to day life” she says.
All About Space
Amid boxes, bundles and hair supplies, Monet’s life and trunk can become full. “The [60/40] folding seats give me so much space,” says Monet when talking about the trunk space of the Cadillac XT4, and never having to worry about fitting in all her salon’s needs. The affordable SUV “is a lifesaver for storage.”
Staying fueled was the beauty mogul’s last tip before she had to hustle to her next stop. Tiarra popped into the ESSENCE kitchen and told our team that eating a healthy and filling snack between meetings keeps her energized and charged up until she can get home and enjoy a full meal.
Always Charged Up
Battery low? No problem. The vehicle’s available wireless charging system** “removes the clutter of cords,” explains Monet. The XT4 “keeps me powered up as I’m on the move.
If you didn’t know by now, Tiarra and Tim have taken the next step and are newly engaged! After sending our love to the lovebirds, Tiarra reminded us to always prioritize love no matter what. “Your day will get full and feel like it never stops, so make sure you have someone in your corner pushing you toward greatness!” she explains.

As a woman who’s all work and play, to end the day, Monet links with bae using the smart, hands-free system. Thanks to the XT4 she has just enough time to use her available Rear Camera Mirror*** while parked to swap out her lipstick for date night!
