Boxing legend and Civil Rights activist Muhammad Ali, born Cassius Clay, will be laid to rest in his hometown of Louisville, Kentucky on Friday, June 10. “Muhammad Ali’s funeral and jenazah – or Muslim funeral prayer service – will both be open to the public,” his spokesman Bob Gunnell said, CNN reports.

The jenazah will take place at noon Thursday at Freedom Hall. And Friday, his casket will be driven through the city for a final farewell before he is laid to rest.
The funeral will be held at KFC Yum! Center at 2PM local time and will be open to the public.

“Ali spoke of inclusiveness his entire life,” said Gunnell. “We want this to be inclusive to everyone.”
Bill Clinton, Billy Crystal and Bryant Gumbel will be delivering eulogies. Those who can’t make it inside the arena, or those not able to attend, have the opportunity of streaming the funeral on the Muhammad Ali Center website.
