The Queen of Soul has joined forces with the Women’s Tennis Association as the star of its latest Strong is Beautiful video series. This innovative initiative features celebs from the fields of entertainment, business and beyond to encourage more women to take charge of their health, embrace their strength, and get active through tennis.
“Strong is born from the obstacles that we overcome. Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional. Strong is beautiful. Strong is women’s tennis,” Franklin decalres in the ad.
Prior supporters of the Strong is Beautiful campaign include tennis great Serena Williams and musician Randy Jackson. The Women’s Tennis Association supports professional athletes in the field through player development and partnerships around the world.
