Relationship expert Dr. Dwayne Buckingham is gearing up for the release of his third documentary film <i>Qualified, Yet Single: Why Good Men Remain Single.</i> The author of <i>Unconditional Love: What Every Woman and Man Desires in a Relationship</i> and <i>Can Black Women Achieve Marital Satisfaction?</i> is known for sparking healthy debates between the genders. This time, he has produced a candid film that takes a closer look at the lives of single men and explores the burning question on all women’s minds: Why do men choose to be single? He meets with a diverse group of 15 men who talk openly about their emotional and personal decisions remain bachelors.
“[This film] encourages single men to think deeply about their lifestyles,” Dr. Buckingham says about his latest project. “[It] motivates single women to look beyond a man’s surface in order to recognize that qualifications do not make a man qualified to be in a relationship.” Ladies, are you buying this?
