For the first time in the network’s history, Nickelodeon will feature a same-sex married couple on its show The Loud House.
According to Variety, Nickelodeon has confirmed that the couple, Harold and Howard McBride, are Clyde McBride’s parents. The show, which is about the life of a boy and his ten sisters, will introduce the couple in an upcoming episode. From a clip posted online, it looks like there won’t be a big reveal and instead the moment will focus on how protective and loving the McBrides are of their son while dropping him off at a slumber party.
