Last August, Bryant allegedly sprained the wrist of Thomas Hagos, whom he thought was taking his photo during a St. Therese of Carmel Church service.
Sources claim Bryant grabbed the phone from the man, but soon returned it after checking for photos. The scuffle sent the Hagos to the hospital.
Authorities investigated the situation and concluded there wasn’t enough evidence to proceed with charges — thus Bryant was let off the hook. Th City Attorney tells TMZ, “Based upon our extensive investigation and interview of independent witnesses, we’ve concluded that charges cannot be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Although Bryant may have escaped scrutiny from this case, he’s currently going through a divorce with soon-to-be ex-wife, Vanessa. She recently walked away with three homes in their divorce property settlement — totaling $75M.
