America rejoice! TBS is developing a new scripted series based on the life of the Notorious B.I.G. called Think B.I.G.
The series will be an animated show that chronicles “the misadventures of an inner-city teen desperately trying to create a better future for his daughter and infant son,” reports Variety. And the plot will be “loosely” based around his famous lyrics.
According to Mass Appeal, the company responsible for the show’s creative and productive genius, Think B.I.G. is part of a new partnership between themselves and TBS and TNT.

“‘Think B.I.G.’ speak to the types of projects we will cultivate with Mass Appeal moving forward,” said Brett Weitz, executive vice president of original programming for TBS. “Mass Appeal is a leader in developing unique stories with diverse voices. There’s no better partner for us to connect with this vibrant, impassioned audience.”
Mass Appeal’s Christopher-Wallace inspired story is being created and produced in partnership with Wayne Barrow of Bystorm Films and Voletta Wallace for Notorious B.I.G. Inc., and sits at the head of a larger deal with TBS.
