Tina Turner is A-okay, says her friend Oprah Winfrey.
The media mogul took to Twitter yesterday to slam rumors that the 74-year-old newlywed singer had recently suffered a stroke at her home in Zurich, Switzerland.
“Tina had a bad flu a weeks ago. She’s recovered. And LIVING life!” tweeted Oprah last night.
The rumors come seven months after Tuner, born Anna Mae Bullock, walked down the aisle with her longtime partner Erwin Bach in July 2013.
And when Oprah says Ms. Tina is “LIVING life!” we imagine it’s a two snaps up in a circle type of situation.
