Amber Rose wants to hold Donald Trump accountable for his “locker room banter.”
Trump, who was caught on tape bragging about the various occasions in which he has degraded and assaulted women in audio obtained by The Washington Post in early October, chalked the whole thing up to “locker room banter.”
Trump’s defense of his actions and remarks incited responses from President Obama, Michelle Obama, Anita Hill, and even the professional athletes who frequent locker rooms. In an interview with Yahoo! Style, Rose also weighs in on Trump’s confession.
“I want him to get in trouble for it because I cannot even count how many times a famous guy touched me inappropriately,” says the SlutWalk advocate, recounting her own experiences with groping and unwanted sexual advances.

“Seriously. Imagine this – Donald Trump comes and touches me inappropriately right?” begins Rose. “I’m a regular ass girl. Do I call 911? Do I get on Twitter and tweet about it? How should I go about letting people know that this guy did it to me and who’s actually going to believe me?” says Rose, depicting the bleak reality of both lack of resources for survivors of sexual assault and society’s propensity for victim blaming.
“You just try to get over it,” says Rose, “And it happens to so many women.”
Rose believes the incidences should be taken seriously and these men, Donald Trump included, should face consequences.
