After months of dodging questions regarding the possible vice-presidency, New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker is suggesting that he is being vetted as Hillary Clinton’s running mate.
Booker sat down with CNN over the weekend, where he did not automatically shut down questions about the possible position.

“I’m just referring questions about the vice presidency to the woman who is going to have to make this decision,” Booker said. “You should talk to the Clinton campaign.”
Just last month, Booker told MSNBC that he was not being vetted for the position, though he said that the idea was “flattering.”

Along with Booker, there are rumors that Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren along with Housing and Urban Development Secretary Julian Castro and Virginia Sen. Tim Kaine, along with other Democratic influencers, are being considered as Clinton’s running mate.
Clinton has remained quiet on the matter.
