As his grieving loved ones, and the world, continues to mourn the music icon’s sudden passing, the question of what would happen to his estate given that no living will has been located has been a looming topic of discussion. Several of Prince’s family members appeared at a court hearing on Monday morning to determine who would retain control of his remaining assets, according to CNN reports. The hearing lasted roughly 10 minutes, as each of his remaining siblings, except his half-brother John Nelson, had previously signed off on documents giving Berner Trust Company consent to manage his estate.
