Radar 3/22Radar 3/22: The Pop Culture PeriscopeLast week, we pushed our clocks forward and now, the birds are chirping louder and earlier than usual and the skies stay brighter, longer. Spring has sprung! We couldn't be happier. Along with the change in season, our country experienced a historic milestone with the passing of the Health Care Reform Bill last night. Not only is this a victory for President Obama, but the passing of this controversial bill means that millions of uninsured Americans will have access to affordable healthcare. There's no denying that the road ahead will be long, but this is the first step in a positive direction. What an accomplishment. At times, it seems that life moves so quickly, but when it comes to sparking change and making progress, the clock ticks at a snail's pace. What President Obama proved to us, once again, is that slow and steady wins the race. Here's to our first, full week of spring.
