Sherri Shepherd may be in her forties but she isn’t letting age stop her quest to have another baby. According to US Weekly, The View co-host said she and her husband, Lamar Sally, are in search of a surrogate mother.
“I’m trying to have another baby you know, I’m still trying . . . still looking for a uterus,” the 45-year-old said in an interview with Rachael Roy. The comedienne then joked that she’d offer the perfect surrogate “a free weave and a Hyundai for a year.”
Shepherd, who has a 7-year-old son from her previous marriage with Jeff Tarpley, says she looks forward to having a baby with Sally. “I don’t know how we’re going to have this baby because I’m in my forties and I can’t even remember my first son’s name,” she joked. “But, I’m going to have another baby because I’m feeling good.”
Sally and Shepherd have been married since August 2011.
