Solange Knowles: The New Face of Madewell

Madewell, the hip sister brand of J. Crew, has tapped Solange Knowles as their newest fashion ambassador. As face of their new fall ad campaign, Solo lends her funky sense of style to their cool, laid back designs.

The brand’s “Mix Well, Madewell” motto is a perfect fit for the DJ/singer, who pairs bold prints and vibrant colors naturally, “nobody knows how to pull off a great style mix quite like Solange Knowles,” they boost on their site. Past collaborations have included TV personality and “it” Brit Alexa Chung and model/actress Dree Hemingway, the grandaughter of Earnest Hemingway.
