Tameka Raymond’s request for a new child custody trial was shot down, reports TMZ.
After losing primary custody of her two kids, Raymond V and Naviyd, Raymond filed an appeal at the end of August suggesting Judge Bensonetta Tipton Lane was biased because she received campaign donations from Usher’s lawyer in 2008.
Unfortunately, Judge Lane wasn’t buying Raymond’s argument. She maintains the campaign donations have been public since 2008 and Raymond could have checked on the connection before the trial began.
Sources claim Raymond plans to appeal Judge Lane’s latest decision.
