T.D. Jakes is transforming his testimonies into a talk show.
Variety reports that the Bishop is partnering with Tegna Media to debut a syndicated series in 2016.
Jakes said that developing the talk show is a reflection of his many “years of experience at the intersection of the faith-based, entertainment and business world.”

“This is an unprecedented opportunity to bring a new voice to a familiar platform,” he added.
Tegna Media President Dave Lougee said that the partnership will engage and inspire a diverse range of viewers.
“With Jakes at the helm, this program has an opportunity to attract blue-chip advertisers, generate large audiences and empower viewers across the country,” he said.
The talk show is currently preparing to test the waters with summer broadcasts in New York, Los Angeles, and Chicago but projects a national debut will occur in the fall.
