Music producer Timbaland and actress La La Anthony have teamed up for an exciting new project. According to Billboard, they are partnering with Leftfield Entertainment to produce a docuseries focused on FaceTime Agency, one of the industry’s top casting agencies for music videos and hip-hop fashion models.

With New York City as a backdrop, the drama will unfold as models, DJs and social media stars try to make their way in hip-hop’s hustle hard environment. The cutthroat entrepreneurial world will either make or break the wanna-be moguls as they attempt to establish an empire all their own.
Timbaland will be the executive music producer, while Anthony serves as an executive producer for the project.

“I’m thrilled to be executive producing a project that offers a true insider’s look into the business side of hip-hop, especially one that explores the lives of fascinating women who have used hip hop as their platform to become successful entrepreneurs in fashion, music and more,” Anthony said in a statement.
Timbaland added that becoming involved with the new prodction will help “continue to build [his] brand within the TV space.”
“Projects like this, with music and culture at the center, are the sweet spot of my content play…lets go!”
The docuseries has yet to be named and so far no premiere date has been announced.
