There is still more unreleased Aaliyah music out there, and you’re going to hear it soon.
On Saturday, mega-producer and famous beatmaker Timbaland, who was very close with Aaliyah before she passed, took to Instagram to hint that he still has more music from the starlet that fans have never heard before, the excitement was evident.
Timbaland posted the following message on Instagram beneath a photo of Aaliyah’s face in the clouds: “Attention!!!!! People ask me all the time do I have any babegirl music we haven’t heard !!!!!well the answer is YES!!!!!!!! TIMBO x BABEGIRL !!!!! Sneak peak coming !!!!!!!”
Last year fans were treated to two new Aaliyah tracks, “Enough Said” with Drake and “Quit Hatin’”. No news yet on exactly when this new Aaliyah music will hit the airways but the timing could possibly be quite sentimental for fans with this month marking the 14-year anniversary of the R&B singer’s tragic and untimely death in the Bahamas.
