Tameka “Tiny” Harris is heading to late-night TV, and, according to The YBF, Tamar Braxton will be joining her!
Tiny recently landed her own talk show called Tiny Tonight, which is scheduled to premiere on VH1 next month. The singer and wife of rapper T.I. released pictures from the set on Thursday, revealing that her co-stars will include Braxton, rapper Trina and Claudia Jordan of Celebrity Apprentice and Deal Or No Deal.
“It’s just me and my homegirls, and we’re talking about what’s going on in the world. It’s a younger, next generation of The View,” Tiny said in an interview with VH1. “I’m very excited.”
Tiny said talking points on the show will focus on politics and daily news. “We want to have fun with it….I want to do spoofs, maybe from reality TV, or something from news,” she said.
Tiny currently stars in the VH1 reality series T.I. & Tiny: The Family Hustle with her husband, six children and friend and hair stylist Shekinah Jo. And judging from her recent Twitter posts, Shekinah will be joining her on stage as well.
Tiny Tonight will be the first late-night talk series for the VH1. Be sure to check the first episode when it premieres on December 9 with a one-hour special and let us know if you’ll be watching!
