Troy Ave will not be charged with murder for his participation in the Irving Plaza shooting last month that took place during a concert headlined by T.I, leaving one dead and three injured.
TMZ reports that the rapper was indicted by a grand jury on one count of attempted second-degree murder and four counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

Though security footage showed Troy firing a weapon, his lawyers have argued the short clip leaves out important details of what occurred before and after Troy was seen discharging a weapon.
He addressed the incident on his mixtape, “Free Troy Ave” and has launched a scholarship fund in the name of his childhood friend Ronald “Banga” McPhatter who died in the shooting.
Troy Ave is currently being held without bail.
