The President-Elect has a new foe — Former President Bill Clinton.
Responding to criticism from the former president, Donald Trump took to Twitter early Tuesday morning to say that Hillary Clinton lost the 2016 election because the campaign failed to pay attention to essential states.

He also got petty about who called whom after the election. Bill Clinton claimed in an interview that Trump called him after the election, and Trump was quick to dispute that.

The president-elect tweeted that Clinton is the one who “doesn’t know much,” including “how to get people, even with an unlimited budget, out to vote in the vital swing states ( and more).”
But Clinton didn’t stay quiet. A few hours later, he also hit back:

His tweets come a day after an Electoral College ratified Trump’s victory.
