Janelle Monáe will star alongside Cynthia Erivo in the upcoming Harriet Tubman biopic, set to be released in 2019. Erivo will play the legendary abolitionist, however, no details have been released about Monáe’s role.
And, in
a recent interview with ESSENCE, singer Nivea revealed that she’s taking a break from dating to focus on family and music. The singer is releasing two albums simultaneously, which she says is a return to hip-hop influenced R&B.
