Usher says he’s so ready to return to NBC’s The Voice.
Starting February 24th, the Confessions singer will join Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Shakira in another competitive season.
“You make investments in these artists, these talents,” Usher told Extra. “And there’s something that can happen that’s positive… I’m excited about the potential of what’s going on to happen, the new ideas that’ll just kind of come up. I’m shocking myself a lot of time cause I don’t know what I’m doing when I’m in there. I just kinda go with what I feel.”
Although he’s excited to be back on the show, he’s even happier his fellow coach Shelton didn’t win for a consecutive third season. “At some point this sh*t is ridiculous,” joked Usher. “Like, you can’t keep winning… really great to see Adam come in and have that moment to kind of rekindle that fire that he had in the beginning.”
