Cissy Houston and Bobbi Kristina Brown have agreed to call a truce in the fight over Whitney Houston’s estate payout. Earlier this month, the mother of the late singer filed legal documents to delay Bobbi Kristina’s inheritance payments. TMZ reports that the case has now been dismissed and the two have come to an agreement which barely modifies the original payment plan.

As co-executors of Whitney’s estate, Cissy and Pat Houston filed a petition to reschedule Bobbi Kristina’s payments because they felt that she “is a highly visible target for those who would exert undue influence over her inheritance and/or seek to benefit from respondent’s resources and celebrity.” The original payment schedule called for the 19-year-old to receive 10% of the estate when she turns 21, one-sixth at age 25 and the full balance when she’s 30.
According to reports, both Bobbi Kristina and Cissy are content with the new arrangement and settlement.
