Willow Smith is breaking out her Easter basket to take a trip to the White House next Monday for the annual White House Easter Egg Roll. She will perform on the “Rockin’ Egg Roll Stage” alongside other kid-friendly performers and the characters from Sesame Street.
Willow is one of 50 celebs who be present for the festive White House tradition which will take place on the South Lawn for children aged 12 years and younger and their families.
“Get Up and Go!” is the theme of this year’s event, which will promote health, exercise and wellness in conjunction with Michelle Obama’s “Let’s Move” Campaign. In addition to the infamous Easter egg rolling, the celebration will also feature live music, sports courts, cooking stations, and storytelling.
This has become one of the public’s favorite activities at the White House, with more than 200,000 people applying online in the lottery system for the 30,000 available spots. Another 4,000 tickets went to military families. We know Willow will enjoy hanging out with the First Family and the guests!
